CarpetGeneralĀ® Carpet Rust Remover 5815 is a blend of organic acids is excellent for removing rust stains on carpeting, rugs, fabrics, upholstery, curtains, drapes, car interiors, clothing, boats, clothing, nylon, cotton, acrylic, wool, vinyl, rayon, olefin, polyester, leather, etc.

CarpetGeneralĀ® Carpet Rust Remover 5815 ingredients are completely biodegradable and are not as corrosive as ingredients in other rust removers, such as hydrofluoric acid.

Application:
1. Try to scrape off as much of the rust as you can with a dull utility knife blade.
2 Saturate the entire stain with Carpet Rust Remover 5815.
3. Allow carpet rust remover to remain for at least 5 minutes, but no longer than 10 minutes.
4. Blot the stain with a white paper towel. Do not rub the stain in.
5. Apply the detergent mixture to a clean, damp, white towel and gently blot the solution into the stained area until the stain is removed.
6. Spray water onto the area with a spray bottle and blot until the detergent solution and water are gone.
7. Allow the carpet to dry thoroughly before vacuuming

Apply directly to rust. Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the product to work. Light agitation will help speed the rust removal. Rinse with water and blot dry. Repeat if necessary.
